With a new client, we require a meet and greet beforehand to ensure we are proper fit for you and your pets. This is a FREE meeting.
During this time we will:
*Set up your client profile online.
*Go over instructions
*Obtain key to your home
*Show proof of insurance
*Answer any question you may have!
Payment is required prior to service. We offer credit card through our client portal or email transfers and cash. For daily dog walking clients, we bill every two weeks. Payment is required prior to the next weeks service.
We must be notified prior to 24 hours of service or full payment still applies.
We keep your key/code on file to make future bookings easier for you. These are kept in a safe location.
We also offer key pickup and drop off for a charge of $20 per pickup and return if decided that you would like to have the key returned.
Yes! We are insured through ProFur. A copy of our policy will be shown at meet and greet.
Our dog walking is only available during the weekdays (9am to 4pm)
For pet sitting and visits, we are available weekends and holidays.
Evenings and Weekends are $5 more a visit. Holidays are $10
We will cancel walks if we feel the weather is unsafe. This could be extreme cold or heat. This is at our discretion.
An option of pet visit will be available should you prefer. If roads are too dangerous, service will be cancelled and refund provided.
Please keep a towel by the door for wet/muddy days
We request a 2 hour window for time of arrival.
We try our best to arrive on time however weather, traffic and other client visits can cause delays.
We will send you photos from our visits/walks.
